然后是注意復(fù)合機的使用環(huán)境和精良的前期保護(hù)。因為復(fù)合機的工作較大，因此應(yīng)當(dāng)有用的按期對其做調(diào)養(yǎng)，并且還應(yīng)該給復(fù)合機一個精良的工作環(huán)境。要確保復(fù)合機工作在一個清潔的環(huán)境中，盡量的讓復(fù)合機闊別塵土，同時，應(yīng)當(dāng)包管復(fù)合機事情的環(huán)境相對枯燥不能濕潤，同時不要在復(fù)合機下面板上安排過重的物品，防止環(huán)境大概異物對復(fù)印機釀成的影響。

A dynamic model of the friction force between the gravure cylinder and the ink scraper was established from a microscopic contact perspective. Qualitative research was conducted on the factors affecting the friction force between the gravure cylinder and the ink scraper through the model. The influence of printing speed, blade angle, and vibration of the gravure printing machine on the friction force between the gravure cylinder and the ink scraper was determined.
